Coronavirus Update
Dear Valued Patients,
Our office has updated our scheduling in order to maintain the practice of physical distancing.
We ask that all patients arriving for their appointment remain in their car until WE CALL YOU TO COME IN. There is no need to check-in, just arrive at your scheduled time and wait in your car until called.
We will not be intermingling patients who are being seen for routine care, physicals, prescription renewals, etc. with patients who have ANY illness.
Those patients seen with illnesses will be seen at the end of the day, and after all non-ill patients have left the building. For now, we will have all those who are ill enter from an alternative entry point off of the hallway to avoid coming into the main office area.
Rest assured we are taking the proper precautions to keep everyone safe and will provide updates as we can. Thank you for your patience as we work through this evolving situation.

Telemedicine
We have implemented the use of Telemedicine for the safety of our patients. Your health and safety are of the utmost importance to us. We have a Zoom business account that guarantees privacy and is compliant with HIPAA guidelines. This is an additional method to decrease travel out of the home. Some appointments require face to face patient care, our staff will let you know if that is the case.
4 Steps to A Successful Telemedicine Appointment
1. Call the office (740-212-1212) to schedule an appointment
2. Let us know if you prefer to receive the appointment link via text or email.
3. Get your device ready. You can use any device with a camera.

Smartphone or Tablet: you will need to download the free Zoom app.

Desktop or Laptop: Go to https://zoom.us/. You do not need to create an account or download software.
4. When it is time for your appointment, Dr. Vargo will send you a link to your device. Click the link, allow Zoom to access your camera and audio.

Notice To Our Patients
We are pleased to announce that effective Monday, February 8th, 2021 our practice will join Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians, Inc.
COPC is an INDEPENDENT MEDICAL GROUP with over 400 physicians in our area. We are excited with the benefits that this merger offers our patients including access to same-day care centers, state-of-the- art imaging, cardiac testing, physical therapy, laboratory services and much more.

Important Reminders:
Bring an updated copy of your insurance, a photo ID, and a current list of all medications to your appointment.
We start seeing patients at 7:30 am, however, our phones turn on at 8:00 am.
Beginning Oct.1 2020, there will be a $50 same day cancelation (as well as no call no show) fee. Thank you for your cooperation as we continue to efficiently serve all of our patients.
