Dr. Vargo has been practicing in Johnstown for over 30 years. Dr. Vargo and his staff put the family in family practice and enjoy taking care of you and your family.  They pride themselves on providing the utmost patient experience from the time you walk in the front door. They provide quality patient care across the lifespan, as Dr. Vargo says, " We provide care from the cradle to the grave."

Meet the Doctor:

Ronald G. Vargo, D.O.

Dr. Ron Vargo is a board certified, resident-trained family practice physician with over thirty years of practice in Johnstown, Ohio.

In addition to his experience as a clinician, he serves as a preceptor and Clinical Associate Professor of Family Medicine at the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine, is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, and served as the Johnstown Johnnies team physician for 19 years.

When Dr. Vargo isn't in the office he enjoys golfing, bocce, fishing, riding his road bike, and lifting weights with his family. His personal and professional philosophy is: Eat Less. Wear a Seat Belt. Keep Moving.
